1. Return and Refund Eligibility:

At Rzvstone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the product and receive a refund or exchange under certain conditions.

2. Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Returns are subject to inspection. If the product is found to be damaged or used, we reserve the right to reject the return request.

3. Return Process:

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Send the product back to us using a traceable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

4. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the return is approved, we will refund the purchase price minus any applicable shipping fees.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Products without their original packaging.
  • Products that have been customized or personalized.

7. Change of Mind Returns:

If you change your mind about a purchase and the product is in its original condition, you may return it for a refund or exchange. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the same return process as outlined above. We will process the exchange upon receiving the returned product and inspecting it for compliance with our return conditions.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already been shipped, you can follow our return process as outlined in sections 2 and 3 above.
